How do I start a return?

Email us at [email protected] to request a return. Make sure to include your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason for your return. Our full return policy can be found here.

I've already opened and tried my product. Can I still return it?

Hygiene and safety are paramount to us. Opened consumable items like supplements, cleansers, lotions and gels cannot be returned unless faulty. Report a faulty product to [email protected] for replacement possibilities.

Do you offer free returns?

My package/product arrived damaged. How do I get a replacement?
