If you decide to return a product, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. For returns on devices, if the returned item is not defective, a restocking fee applies to most devices. 

If your order was damaged during shipping, you can file the claim with MonkProtect 'Report a Claim'. Or you can file your claim online here: https://app.monkprotect.com/login/
