If you decide to return a product, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. For returns on devices, if the returned item is not defective, there is a $12 return fee for most devices. The return fee for the PlasmaGLO LED Face and Jowl Mask and the NEWA RF+ Device is $20. 

If your order was damaged during shipping, you can file the claim with MonkProtect 'Report a Claim'. Or you can file your claim online here: https://app.monkprotect.com/login/
