If you've already opened or tried your product, whether you can return it depends on the product and the reason for your return:
Devices: If you’re not satisfied with a device, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Devices may be returned after use, provided they’re in good working condition and include all original packaging and accessories.
Skincare and Supplements: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used skincare products, supplements, or consumable items. Your return must be unused and in the original condition with all packaging, accessories, and seals intact in order to receive a refund. This does not include our Korean Sheet Masks or our Black Garlic supplement. There are no returns on these items.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and a photo or video of the item so we can make things right. We'll help you troubleshoot or provide a refund, replacement, or part.
