My package/product arrived damaged. How do I get a replacement?Updated 2 months ago
All our deliveries are insured by our shipping partner, MonkProtect. If your package or item arrived damaged, and was clearly damaged during shipment, you can go to your tracking information to report the issue and file a claim with the shipper.
Alternatively, you can file the claim with MonkProtect 'Report a Claim'. Or you can file your claim online here: https://app.monkprotect.com/login/
Or if you prefer, you can email [email protected] with your order number, details about the product, and a photo of the damaged product. We can help you file the claim and get your replacement.
