For devices, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Devices may be returned after use, provided they’re in good working condition and include all original packaging and accessories.
For other products, like skincare and supplements, we cannot accept returns of opened or used skincare products, supplements, or consumable items due to hygiene and safety reasons. However, you can still return a skincare or supplement product within 30 days of purchase if it is unused and in the original condition with all packaging, accessories, and seals intact in order to receive a refund.
