Our full return policy can be found here.

Our return policy allows returns or exchanges for new, unused, unopened products purchased in the last 30 days. You will be responsible for the return postage fee. 

Devices may be returned opened or unopened, but are subject to a return processing fee ($12 for most devices, and $20 for the PlasmaGLO LED Face and Jowl Mask and the NEWA RF+ Device).

Return shipping and other fees are waived in special cases or if the item is defective.

Please note that perishable food items such as the Black Garlic are not eligible for return.

You will need to also return any gifts that were included in the order, or the cost of those will be deducted from the return.

You can expect your refund to be processed within 14 business days or fewer, after our returns department receives the returned item.
