And be sure they are securely connected to each patch.</p><p>Then hold the power button down until the unit turns on (about 2-3 seconds).</p><p>It is also possible that there is oxidation or dust on the electrode contact points of the eye patches and control box which might be the cause the devices to not charge or turn on. We suggest that you clean these contact points with alcohol and then try charging again.</p><p>If the issue persists, please reach out to us at <a href="mailto:experts@rajanimd.com">experts@rajanimd.com</a>.
