Let's check a couple of things first!
Please be sure the devices are charged fully. The lights on each pod should be solid white and should be seated in the charger the correct way (logos right side up).
Then be sure you have placed them with the logos right-side up on the hydrocolloid patches. And be sure they are securely connected to each patch.
Then hold the power button down until the unit turns on (about 2-3 seconds).
It is also possible that there is oxidation or dust on the electrode contact points of the eye patches and control box which might be the cause the devices to not charge or turn on. We suggest that you clean these contact points with alcohol and then try charging again.
