What is the expected lifetime of my NEWA device? Is there a warranty?Updated a month ago

The device is designed to last for years, depending on frequency of use. The advantage of the NEWA device over professional treatments is that you can use it at your convenience, and continue to use it even after the first boosting month so your results do not fade. It is a true, worthwhile long-term investment. 

The NEWA+ device is covered by a one-year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of your original purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. It does NOT cover cosmetic deterioration caused by fair wear and tear, or damage caused by accident, misuse or neglect. Any attempt to open or take apart the device will void the warranty.
