There is a strong smell of plastic/silicone to the Mask.Updated 16 days ago

We aim to provide you with the best experience and results while using our product. When you open the product packaging, you may notice a slight odor of silicone; however, please rest assured that this is temporary and completely normal.  

Our light therapy mask is made from medical-grade silicone material, which has undergone rigorous biocompatibility testing and has been proven to be safe and harmless to the human body. The odor is a result of the characteristics of the silicone material.

We recommend that you separate the packaging from the mask and allow them to be aired out for a while before using the mask. This will facilitate better air circulation and help dissipate the odor. 

You can also speed up the process by using a small amount of an essential oil like lavender (1 drop essential oil to 4 drops water) and wipe the inside of the mask gently. This will provide a soothing relaxing aroma 

Please note that this odor does not indicate any danger or quality issues with the product; it is related to the properties of the medical grade silicone and packaging materials.
