Great question! Sometimes your product can arrive very hot or cold during extreme temperature spells in the summer or winter.

Rest assured that all of our products are formulated to remain stable in a range of temperatures. You wouldn't want to store them long-term in the heat or extreme cold, but they can withstand it for more than long enough to ship and deliver.

Sometimes heat can cause the product to separate a bit inside the container. Dr. Rajani recommends shaking it gently when you receive it, then storing it in a cool location or the refrigerator for a short while to regain the consistency.
