My NEWA device is not working. What should I do?Updated a month ago

🔧 NEWA+ Self-Guided Troubleshooting Tour

Use the steps below to help resolve common issues with your device.
If you still need help, email us anytime at [email protected].

1. Has your device been fully charged overnight until the LED turns solid green (not blinking)?

If your device is not turning on or has no lights at all, plug it into a working outlet and charge overnight. Unplug from power when you are ready to start a treatment.

2. Did you slide the side switch to level 1 or 2 (not 0), then press the center power button once (not repeatedly)?

The device must be off before switching it to 1 or 2. Then press the center button to begin treatment. The light in the center of the unit should start blinking.

3. During treatment, does the light begin blinking blue, and then shift to green showing that it has reached optimal heat?

A blinking blue light means the device is heating. Once it reaches temperature, it will flash green or alternate between blue and green.
If it stays blue, try smaller, quicker circular motions to build up heat.

4. Is your treatment technique matching these key tips?
Apply 2 semi-thick gel lines per zone
 Use smaller, faster circular movements
Keep metal bars flat against your skin
Warm skin helps — try right after a shower or after washing face with warm water.
Clean the metal bars to remove any gel residue or buildup and try again

5. Does the device stop responding after a few minutes of not using it?

That’s normal — it goes into power save mode. Simply move the switch to "0", then start over.

6. Still having trouble?
