Shipping times:
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding major holidays). During holidays and promotional times, order processing and shipping times may take longer than usual. 

For orders in the continental US:
Typically 5-7 business days, subject to carrier delays
2 day shipping is typically 2 business days, subject to carrier delays.

For orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories:
Delivery times vary based on delivery location. Orders shipped to these locations are typically delivered within 15-20 business days once they are shipped. Please note, on occasion, we have seen longer delivery times.

International Orders:
Typically takes 15-21 days, depending on location.
CUSTOMS TIMES ARE UNPREDICTABLE. YOUR SHIPMENTS MAY BE DELAYED DUE TO CIRCUMSTANCES WELL BEYOND OUR CONTROL.

Shipping Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are in the process of being packed and picked up by the shipper. Once your order is prepared for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
