We will attempt to accommodate cancellations and changes to orders. But note this may not be possible as our warehouse team dispatch orders quickly, giving us only a small window to make changes to orders. 

If you need to cancel, reach out to us as quickly as possible after placing your order. Please include your order number and the reason for cancellation in your message.

Check your order carefully before confirmation to avoid inconvenience.

Orders can only be canceled before they have been dispatched. If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our return policy for further instructions.
