We are unable to guarantee the ability to cancel an order after the order is placed. There is a small window of time that orders can be successfully canceled. Once the warehouse begins to pull items for your order, that cancellation window has closed. 

If you need to cancel, reach out to us as quickly as possible after placing your order. Please include your order number and the reason for cancellation in your message.

Check your order carefully before confirmation to avoid inconvenience.
