I signed up for the email newsletter but didn't receive my signup discount.Updated 18 days ago

If you signed up to our newsletter via our popup, you'll receive a discount to use on your first order to the email address you used to sign up. This should be delivered shortly after you sign up. 

If you did not receive the email, ensure that you are checking the inbox associated with the email address you entered to sign up. Make sure to check your spam and 'Promotions' folder if you are using Gmail. 

Please note that you will only receive the signup discount if you have not signed up with that email address before. 

If you have checked your spam and promotions folders and you still have not received the signup email 1 hour after you signed up, reach out to our support and we can help re-issue the promotion.
